Fish batter recipe

Ingredients to make Dough to batter fish:

  • fish strips (sole, monkfish, sea bream or fish fillets)
  • 1/2 envelope Royal yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • salted
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • warm milk
  • Pepper
  • 275 gr. of flour

How to make Dough to batter fish:

  1. Conveniently mix the oil together with the egg yolks and milk.
  2. Gradually add the flour, mixed with the Royal yeast, until everything is well combined.
  3. Add the two egg whites, beaten until stiff, mix gently without beating and let stand for 1/2 hour.
  4. Cut the chosen fish, wash and sprinkle with lemon let it drain.
  5. Dip the fish in flour and batter and fry in a pan with plenty of very hot oil.
  6. Accompany with a good salad.
