Fish and shrimp pudding recipe

Ingredients to make Fish and Shrimp Pudding:

  • 1lb of shrimp
  • 2 Lbs. of Fish Fillet of your preference
  • Garlic
  • 1/2 Bar Butter
  • 1/2 pound custard
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1 pound of mozzarella cheese

How to make Fish and Shrimp Pudding:

  1. Put the shrimp to cook, when they are ready remove the cover and clean the vein that leads to the center, while cleaning the shrimp in that same water cook the fish fillet of your choice, with two cloves of garlic. When the fillet is done Shred the cooked shrimp and chop and mix in a bowl.
  2. Process the celery, the onion and two cloves of garlic. In a saucepan put the 1/2 stick of butter and add the vegetables, fry until the onion is translucent and add the fillet and the mixed shrimp, continue frying when they look golden add the 1/2 pound of custard and have it simmer for 5 more minutes, it will have a pasty consistency.
  3. In a mold grease it with butter and place all the pasta, grate the cheese and cover all the contents abundantly. Bake until golden brown and enjoy!!!!!
