Fish and chips recipe

Ingredients to make Fish and chips:

  • 1 grouper fillet
  • 2 units of boiled potatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • ½ cup mustard
  • 1 cup of flour (140 grams)

How to make Fish and chips:

  1. Fish and chips are a classic recipe but very easy to make, the first thing you have to prepare are the ingredients, if you can’t find pre-cooked potatoes to fry you can use normal potatoes.
  2. Cut the grouper fillet into medium strips, add salt and pepper, and pass the strips in flour until completely impregnated.
  3. In abundant oil fry the potatoes until they are golden.
  4. Fry the fish strips until golden.
  5. Serve the fish and chips in a butter paper cone, accompanied with mustard or the sauce of your choice
