- 1 kilo of beef fillets in steaks

- 4 red tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves

- 15 toothpicks

- Spread the steaks and sprinkle them with salt and the concentrated meat broth.
- Each steak is placed on top of a slice of ham and rolled up, holding them with a toothpick.
- These rolls are fried in a pan with very hot oil and left to brown.
