Fillet Rolls with Ham Recipe

Ingredients to make Fillet Rolls with Ham:

  1. 1 kilo of beef fillets in steaks
  2. 100 grams of ham
  3. 4 red tomatoes
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 1 splash of concentrated meat broth
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 15 toothpicks

How to make Fillet Rolls with Ham:

  • Spread the steaks and sprinkle them with salt and the concentrated meat broth.
  • Each steak is placed on top of a slice of ham and rolled up, holding them with a toothpick.
  • These rolls are fried in a pan with very hot oil and left to brown.
  • Separately, chop the onion, tomato and garlic.
  • Once the rolls are golden, remove the excess oil from the pan and leave only the rolls.
  • Add the previous crushed and in about 10 minutes this dish will be ready.
