Fighty punch

Ingredients to make PONCHE PELEÓN:

  • 2 liters of white wine, the better the better. I usually use Manzanilla wine, but you can use any other.
  • 2 liters of soda (of the “white” without flavor)
  • 500 g of sugar (this depends on taste)
  • 4 peaches
  • 1/2 melon, ripe but compact.
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 aromatic cloves

How to make PUNCH PELEÓN:

  1. Peel all the fruit and cut it into small cubes.
  2. We cut the pineapple in syrup, its broth also works for us. Orange and lemon peel as well.
  3. We put everything in a container along with the sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
  4. Cover with the wine and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
  5. At the moment of taking it, the soda is added (it is not added the day before because it would lose the gas).
  6. Take it in the shade and without having any important obligation afterwards hehe.
  7. Note: For the little ones in the house we substitute the wine for pineapple or peach juice
