Ingredients to make PONCHE PELEÓN:
- 2 liters of white wine, the better the better. I usually use Manzanilla wine, but you can use any other.
- 2 liters of soda (of the “white” without flavor)
- 500 g of sugar (this depends on taste)
- 4 peaches
- 1/2 melon, ripe but compact.
- 1 can of pineapple in syrup
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 aromatic cloves
How to make PUNCH PELEÓN:
- Peel all the fruit and cut it into small cubes.
- We cut the pineapple in syrup, its broth also works for us. Orange and lemon peel as well.
- We put everything in a container along with the sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
- Cover with the wine and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
- At the moment of taking it, the soda is added (it is not added the day before because it would lose the gas).
- Take it in the shade and without having any important obligation afterwards hehe.
- Note: For the little ones in the house we substitute the wine for pineapple or peach juice
