Fettuccini Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients to make Fettuccini Alfredo:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of milk cream
  • 2 cups of Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams of fettuccini, cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Fettuccini Alfredo:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the butter and heavy cream, stirring until the butter melts
  2. Remove from heat; add 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the freshly cooked and drained pasta, tossing so that the pasta is completely covered.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
