Ingredients to make Fettuccini Alfredo:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup of milk cream
- 2 cups of Parmesan cheese
- 500 grams of fettuccini, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
- Salt
- pepper to taste
How to make Fettuccini Alfredo:
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter and heavy cream, stirring until the butter melts
- Remove from heat; add 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
- Stir until the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the freshly cooked and drained pasta, tossing so that the pasta is completely covered.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
