Fettuccine recipe in three cheese sauce

Ingredients to make Fettuccine in three cheese sauce:

  • 300 grams of Fettuccine
  • 20 grams of titlist cheese
  • 20 grams of Dutch Cheese
  • 20 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 dessert spoons of Butter
  • 150 milliliters of béchamel sauce
  • 80 milliliters of Cream of milk
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 shredded chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to make Fettuccine in Three Cheese Sauce:

  1. Before starting to make the fettuccinesauce recipe, you must prepare the ingredients.
  2. Take the béchamel sauce to a deep pot, which you can prepare yourself or buy it already made.
  3. Bring the pot to a simmer, add the three grated cheeses and reserve some of the Parmesan cheese to decorate the dish at the end.
