Fennel Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Fennel Cream:

  • 1 fennel
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 piece of leek
  • 1 potato
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth

How to make Cream of Fennel:

  1. To make the vegan fennel cream, you must first prepare the vegetables. To do this, wash the fennel, the celery sticks and the piece of leek. Next, peel the potato and wash it. Cut everything into small pieces, so the vegetables will cook faster. Also cut the leaves of the fennel and its tacos, do not remove them, it will provide flavor and beneficial properties for the body. Preparing fennel cream is very easy!
  2. In a large pot, pour the vegetable broth together with all the chopped vegetables. Next, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 35 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. With the help of an electric mixer, blend well, it should be a fine cream. As you well know, no salt has been added, but try now and, if you like it saltier, add a little and grind again until the salt has been well integrated.
  4. We point out that you can make the fennel cream in advance, since it is not necessary to consume it at the same time. You can also freeze it or store it in the fridge, it lasts well for three days. At the time of serving, you can add a few drops of olive oil on top if you wish.
