Farfalle pasta recipe with vegetables and tuna

Ingredients to make Farfalle pasta with vegetables and tuna:

  • 150 grams of Peas
  • 100 grams of Sweet Corn or Choclo
  • 100 grams of Beans
  • 150 grams of Farfalle Pasta
  • ½ unit of white onion
  • 5 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tuna slice
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Farfalle pasta with vegetables and tuna:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients to be able to make this delicious recipe for short pasta with vegetables.
  2. If you don’t have farfalle pasta you can change it for any type of short pasta you prefer.
  3. To cook the pasta, in a medium saucepan bring water to a boil.
  4. Once it is boiling, add the bow tie to the water so that it cooks.
  5. When they are al dente or at the desired cooking point, remove from the water and reserve.
  6. Add salt and pepper to the pasta.
  7. Add the mayonnaise, tuna and grated white onion. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  8. Rectify flavor and if necessary add more salt and pepper to the preparation.
  9. To cook the vegetables, in a medium saucepan, heat water and when it is boiling, add all the vegetables.
  10. Cook for a maximum of 10 minutes; remove from the water and reserve.
  11. Add the vegetables to the pasta and mix so that our preparation is homogeneous and everything is distributed evenly.
