EXTREMEÑO PUCHERO Recipe

Ingredients to make PUCHERO EXTREMEÑO:

(For 4 people)

  1. 300/400 g of chicken.
  2. 130 bacon/salted Iberian acorn-fed bacon cured for 1 year.
  3. 100 g Iberian ham bone (recebo or acorn)
  4. 1 potato
  5. 80 g of chickpeas.
  6. 1 tomato.
  7. 1 onion/leeks.
  8. 100g noodles
  9. 1200 g of water (approximately)
  10. 1 tablet of avecrem.
  11. Salt
  12. mint (optional)

  • How to make PUCHERO EXTREMEÑO:

  • -Put all the ingredients, except the noodles and mint, into the glass and program 45 or 50 minutes, varoma temperature, turn to the left and spoon speed.
  • -Sneak the broth (you can add the crumbled chicken to it or use it for croquettes). Add the broth to the glass and program 12 minutes at a temperature of 100º degrees, turn to the left and spoon speed
