Ingredients to make PUCHERO EXTREMEÑO:
(For 4 people)
- 300/400 g of chicken.
- 130 bacon/salted Iberian acorn-fed bacon cured for 1 year.
- 100 g Iberian ham bone (recebo or acorn)
- 1 potato
- 80 g of chickpeas.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 onion/leeks.
- 100g noodles
- 1200 g of water (approximately)
- 1 tablet of avecrem.
- Salt
- mint (optional)

How to make PUCHERO EXTREMEÑO:
- -Put all the ingredients, except the noodles and mint, into the glass and program 45 or 50 minutes, varoma temperature, turn to the left and spoon speed.
- -Sneak the broth (you can add the crumbled chicken to it or use it for croquettes). Add the broth to the glass and program 12 minutes at a temperature of 100º degrees, turn to the left and spoon speed
