Extremaduran Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Gazpacho Extremadura:

  • 5 units of ripe tomatoes
  • 100 grams of Bread from the previous day
  • ½ unit of Cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 units of Onion
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons of Vinegar
  • 300 cubic centimeters of water
  • 1 dessert spoon of oregano
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Gazpacho Extremadura:

  1. List the ingredients.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  3. Wash the pepper, remove the ribs and cut it into small cubes, do the same with the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Remove the crust from the bread and cut them into small pieces.
  5. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  6. Incorporate the bread.
  7. Add the water, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, paprika and season with salt.
  8. Process everything until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  9. Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces.
