Exquisite Canapés Recipe

Ingredients to make exquisite Canapés:

• 4 slices of crustless bread

• 25 grams of caviar

• 1 lettuce leaf

• 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

• 1 ripe tomato

• 4 pitted black olives

• 4 anchovy fillets

• 1 slice of lemon

How to make exquisite Canapés:

Chop the tomato, lettuce, olives and anchovies. Mix the ingredients with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. We spread the bread with this mixture and cover with caviar. Cut the slices into 4 parts and decorate with a piece of lemon pulp and serve immediately.
