  1. 250 milliliters of Yogurt without sugar
  2. 100 grams of ripe Mango
  3. 100 milliliters of passion fruit juice
  4. 1 envelope of sweetener without calories
  5. 1 splash of vanilla essence

How to make Energy Smoothie with Fruits:

  • Before making this homemade energy drink, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a blender add the passion fruit juice and the mango slices. Blend these fruits until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Add the yogurt and the essence of vanilla. Blend everything again very well. If you want you can add a little ice and blend again to obtain a frappe-like drink.
  • Finally serve the energy smoothie with fruit and enjoy. Remember that the mixture of passion fruit, mango and yogurt is what makes this drink provide extra energy to our body.
