Endive salad with eel’s recipe

Ingredients to make endive salad with eels:

• 1 endive head

• 1 tray of baby eels (prepared with fish and imitation eel paste)

• Olive oil

How to make endive salad with eels:

The endive is opened in leaves trying to keep them whole, they are washed, so that they do not turn bitter. A clean cloth is passed over each sheet on the inside, and they are placed in a bowl. They are filled with eels and a splash of olive oil is poured over them.
