Endive Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Endive Salad:

For 6 people:

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 350 grams of endives

• 100 grams shelled walnuts

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 tablespoon of vinegar

• 1 pippin apple

How to make Endive Salad:

The lower part of the ends is cut and the first leaves are discarded, washing the rest of the leaves, drain well.

Chop them up and place them in a salad bowl, add the walnuts, the apple peeled and cut into small squares. It is seasoned with oil, vinegar and salt. It is served immediately.
