Ingredients to make Emperador with onion and beer sauce:
- 4 emperor steaks.
- 1 bottle of beer.
- 1 large onion.
- Fish soup.
- Parsley
- Pepper

How to make Emperador with onion and beer sauce:
- Cut the onion into julienne strips (into thin strips) and fry in a pan with oil.
- Add a little fish brother and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the emperor steaks to the pan and let them flavor for 3-4 minutes, turning them a couple of times.
- We take out the fillets so they don’t dry out.
- Add the beer to the onion, season with salt and pepper and let it reduce over low heat, about 10 minutes.
- We pour this sauce on top of the fish and put it in the oven for a few moments until it is hot.
