Emperor recipe with onion and beer sauce

Ingredients to make Emperador with onion and beer sauce:

  • 4 emperor steaks.
  • 1 bottle of beer.
  • 1 large onion.
  • Fish soup.
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • oil
  • salted

How to make Emperador with onion and beer sauce:

  1. Cut the onion into julienne strips (into thin strips) and fry in a pan with oil.
  2. Add a little fish brother and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the emperor steaks to the pan and let them flavor for 3-4 minutes, turning them a couple of times.
  4. We take out the fillets so they don’t dry out.
  5. Add the beer to the onion, season with salt and pepper and let it reduce over low heat, about 10 minutes.
  6. We pour this sauce on top of the fish and put it in the oven for a few moments until it is hot.
