• 250 g emmental cheese

• 250g mozzarella cheese
• 250 g green onions
• 25 ml of olive oil
How to make empanadas with emmental cheese and green onion:
Wash the green onion well and chop it. In a frying pan place the olive oil and sauté the onion, season to taste, turn off the heat and let cool. Separately, in a container, coarsely grate the Emmental cheese and the mozzarella, mix with the onion and fill the empanada disks. Brush with beaten egg, place on a previously greased baking sheet, prick the empanadas with a fork and bake over high heat until golden brown.
