  2. ½ cup peeled and grated carrot

  5. ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  6. 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper

For the dressing

  1. 125 grams of mayonnaise
  2. 3 tablespoons of milk
  3. 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  4. 3 tablespoons sour cream
  5. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

How to make Chicken Elbow Salad:

  • To start the recipe, cook the pasta with a little salt so that it is al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain the paste once ready and let it cool.
  • Tip: It is important that the pasta cool completely, since the preparation will be cold.
