If you have a craving for a delicious pasta soup, but you don’t have much time to make it and, above all, you don’t want to spend a lot, this recipe is for you. It is an elbow soup with few ingredients and very easy to prepare. In addition, we explain what spices you can add to give more flavor. Enjoy this rich dish, either as a side dish or to enjoy at lunchtime.

- 100 drops of codito pasta
- 1 liter of water
- 1 piece of onion
- salt to taste
- 80 grams of butter
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 1 pinch of dried rosemary
- 1 minced garlic fillet
How to make elbow soup with butter:
- To make the elbows with butter soup recipe, first cook the pasta in 1 liter of water and add a piece of onion and a pinch of salt. Cook 8-9 minutes until al dente. Then drain the water and reserve.
- Tip: you can also add a splash of oil or a tablespoon of butter to the cooking of the pasta.

- Add the finely chopped garlic clove and cook until lightly browned.
