• 300 grams of Elbow
• 100 grams of Cream Cheese
• 1 handful of Carrot
• 1 splash of milk
• 1 jet of oil
• 1 handful of lettuce
• 1 handful of red pepper
How to make elbow salad with cheese:
Boil the elbows with a little salt (little since the cheese of your choice contains salt), a tablespoon of milk (so that the elbows do not stick and a tablespoon of oil). Boil the vegetables (always watching the amount of salt).
