Eggplant Pate with Honey Recipe

There are several types of pate with eggplant, one of the most famous is the baba ghanoush and the other is made with sweet nuances. In this recipe we will learn how to make a delicious aubergine pâté with honey, it is called vegetable pâté because it is a spreadable paste that does not have any type of animal protein.

Ingredients to make aubergine pate with honey:

  • 1 unit of Eggplant
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons white onion
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to make aubergine pate with honey:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with boiling water add the aubergine cut in half, make some cuts so that it cooks quickly, and cook until soft.
  3. In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion and finely chopped garlic until everything is soft, and season with salt and pepper.
