  • To start, place the liter of milk in a jug or deep container and pour all the eggnog, then stir with the help of a large spoon to integrate.

  • Now we take the essence of vanilla and pour it into the mixture that we are forming and again we integrate everything very well.
  • Finally we add the drops of coloring, until our mixture for the rom pope popsicles is observed yellow, the tone of the natural drink. We move very well to integrate.
  • Once we have our mixture complete, we rectify the flavor, if necessary we add a little more condensed milk. The mixture has to be a bit sweet because when freezing that sweet flavor is lost a bit, so we must try to make it sweeter than normal, so that when frozen the flavor balances.
  • Now we take the bags for our popsicles, these can be any plastic bag, or small; and pour a little of our mixture into the bags.
  • Then to seal the bag we do it with the help of a serrated knife and a candle or lighter, we pass the plastic through the fire quickly and in this way we seal the bag of our frozen eggnog, you can guide yourself a little with the following picture
  • Once all our frozen bags are ready, we take them to the freezer for approximately 8 hours or more, no problem.
  • After this time our delicious frozen eggnog will be READY! Enjoy them!
