Eggnog – eggnog

Ingredients to make Eggnog – eggnog:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of whiskey
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • Nutmeg

How to make Eggnog – eggnog:

  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until light and pale in color.
  2. Add the whiskey slowly.
  3. Separately, beat the cream by hand and incorporate it.
  4. Separately, beat the egg whites, also by hand, until they are stiff.
  5. Serve the eggnog or eggnog with a little nutmeg or ground.
