Ingredients to make Eggnog – eggnog:
- 8 large eggs
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of whiskey
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Nutmeg
How to make Eggnog – eggnog:
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until light and pale in color.
- Add the whiskey slowly.
- Separately, beat the cream by hand and incorporate it.
- Separately, beat the egg whites, also by hand, until they are stiff.
- Serve the eggnog or eggnog with a little nutmeg or ground.
