Ingredients to make Egg Drop Soup:
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 5 cup(s) cold chicken broth
- 60g cooked egg noodles
- 3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
How to make Egg drop soup:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of the broth, using a metal whisk.
- Put the rest of the broth in a medium saucepan and add the noodles and cheese.
- Bring to a high heat and let it boil.
- Then reduce to a minimum, add the egg mixture and stir.
- Cook for 2 minutes beating continuously without letting it boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into a preheated tureen. Serve.
