Egg soup recipe

Ingredients to make Egg Drop Soup:

  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 5 cup(s) cold chicken broth
  • 60g cooked egg noodles
  • 3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

How to make Egg drop soup:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of the broth, using a metal whisk.
  2. Put the rest of the broth in a medium saucepan and add the noodles and cheese.
  3. Bring to a high heat and let it boil.
  4. Then reduce to a minimum, add the egg mixture and stir.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes beating continuously without letting it boil.
  6. Remove from heat and pour into a preheated tureen. Serve.
