Egg Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Rice Soup with Egg:

  • 2 onions
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 glass of rice
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 glasses of water

How to make Egg Rice Soup:

  1. Fry the onion very well until it has a strong reddish color. Add the water. Add the rice to the boiling water.
  2. Before cooking the rice completely, add the eggs one after the other to preserve the complete yolk.
