Egg Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Egg Noodle Soup:

  • 1 egg unit
  • 500 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 80 grams of Cabellian noodles (small)

How to make Egg Noodle Soup:

  1. The first thing we have to do is prepare a good chicken broth, a recipe that we will see tomorrow, by the way…
  2. If you do not want to prepare it at home, you can use the one that is already made in a brick or a tablet of concentrated broth for a liter of water. As always, whatever is most comfortable for you…?
  3. We heat the broth and when it is very hot we add the noodles. I like to use the Cabellian noodle because it is thinner but that, as always, is a matter of taste and I leave it to your choice Trick: It is not necessary to add salt to the broth since both the pills and if we do it we will have already added salt to the broth.
  4. After about five minutes we will have the noodles already tender, remove from the heat and rectify the point of salt at the end.
  5. Then we crack an egg and add it, stirring vigorously so that it is curdled in the form of threads. The noodle soup will be left with a poached egg in a round shape, you can also put a hard-boiled egg, as you like.
