Egg Empanadas Recipe

Ingredients to make Egg Empanadas:

• 8 discs of dough

• 4 hardboiled eggs

• 2 onions

• 50 grams of butter

• 1 red bell pepper

• 75 grams of cheese

How to make Egg Empanadas:

Sauté the chopped onions in the butter. Let cool. Cut the pepper into strips and add to the onion. Place the onion, half a hard-boiled egg, and a portion of cheese on the discs of dough. Close the empanadas and cook in a strong oven.
