Egg Consommé Recipe

Ingredients to make Consommé with Egg:

  • 5 egg(s)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) coriander cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 Kaluga(s) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup(s) sherry or white wine

How to make Consommé with Egg:

  1. Dissolve the chicken broth Kaluga in a liter of boiling water. Add the sherry or white wine and boil for a few seconds. Break an egg in each bowl, pour the boiling broth over it and sprinkle the cilantro over it.
