Ingredients to make Egg and Garlic Soup:
- 2 eggs
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Noodles
- 2 cup of water
- Cilantro
- Oil
- Salt
How to make Egg and Garlic Soup:
- In a cauldron, put two tablespoons of oil together with the garlic, peeled, and the grated tomato.
- When the garlic takes color, we add only a cup of water.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes and blend it with the help of a blender.
- Add the last cup of water along with the noodles, some coriander leaves, the raw and beaten eggs and season.
- Let it boil for a few minutes and remove it from the heat.
- This soup can be accompanied with some well-cured Canarian cheese tacos.
