Egg and Garlic Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Egg and Garlic Soup:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • Noodles
  • 2 cup of water
  • Cilantro
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to make Egg and Garlic Soup:

  1. In a cauldron, put two tablespoons of oil together with the garlic, peeled, and the grated tomato.
  2. When the garlic takes color, we add only a cup of water.
  3. Let it cook for about 15 minutes and blend it with the help of a blender.
  4. Add the last cup of water along with the noodles, some coriander leaves, the raw and beaten eggs and season.
  5. Let it boil for a few minutes and remove it from the heat.
  6. This soup can be accompanied with some well-cured Canarian cheese tacos.
