Eel’s recipe with garlic prawns

FoodsDiary By FoodsDiary

Ingredients to make Eels with garlic prawns:

  • 400 grams of eels
  • 200 grams of peeled prawns
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of cayenne peppers or chilies
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley

How to make eels with garlic prawns:

  1. If the prawns are frozen, you should thaw them first and clean them well. If they are fresh, remove the skin. Then, peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices or finely chopped pieces. Put a frying pan with a good jet of oil, which covers the entire bottom of the frying pan, and place the garlic in the cold so that the oil with the garlic heats up and it gains flavor. Add a cayenne or chili if you like it spicy. Do not have the fire very high so that the garlic does not burn.
  2. When the garlic begins to take color, add the well-drained and clean anabas. Brown them a little.
  3. Add the eels, raise the heat and mix well with the prawns. Add a little salt and let cook for a few minutes all together.
  4. And ready to eat! The recipe for baby eels with garlic prawns should be eaten immediately to be enjoyed hot. When serving, we recommend you chop a little parsley and sprinkle it on top.
