Eel and prawn toast recipe

The Christmas holidays are here and these days many starters and appetizers are prepared and these eel and prawn toasts are a good option to prepare, because they are quick, simple and they are very good!

Preparing hot starters is a delight, but you have to prepare them in advance and that is why it is better to choose easy recipes but at the same time very tasty, like the one I propose for eel and prawn toast. The eels and prawns can be prepared in advance and you just have to heat them and serve them on top of freshly toasted bread when the occasion calls for it. I hope you like them!

Ingredients to make Eel and Prawn Toast:

• 1 package of eels

• 150 grams of peeled prawns

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 loaf of rustic bread

• 1 splash of oil

How to make Eel and Prawn Toast:

We prepare all the ingredients to make the toasts of eels with prawns. We cut the bread into slices. Cut the garlic into thin slices. We put a pan with a jet of oil and put the laminated garlic. Before the garlic browns, add the peeled prawns, sauté and add a little salt.

Once the prawns are sautéed, add the eels to the frying pan and stir everything together. Let cook a few minutes. Put the bread in a bowl and toast it in the oven or in a toaster. With the hot bread we cover the eel and prawn toasts. We serve very hot.
