Easy White Wine Kidney Recipe

Ingredients to make easy Kidneys in white wine:

  1. 125 grams of Butter
  2. 2 units of beef kidneys
  3. 50 cubic centimeters of Oil
  4. 2 tablespoons of flour
  5. 1 unit of onion
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. 1 pinch of Pepper
  8. 3 garlic cloves
  9. 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  10. 200 cubic centimeters of dry white wine
  11. 100 cubic centimeters of Vinegar

How to make Kidneys in white wine easy:

  • Wash the kidneys in salt water. When they are very clean, remove the cloth that covers them and the fat, and cut them into thin slices.
  • Soak the already cleaned kidneys in vinegar and let them rest for half an hour. Apart and when the rest time has passed, melt half of the butter in a little oil.
  • Distil the kidneys and add them to the melted butter. Brown them for two minutes and remove them from the heat.
  • Place the kidneys in a colander and add the remaining butter and oil to the pan. When it is hot, add the chopped onion and the ground garlic, fry.
  • When the onion becomes transparent, add the kidneys back in, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the wine and parsley. Let boil for a few minutes to reduce the sauce.
  • If you consider it necessary, you can add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. When they are ready, serve the kidneys in wine accompanied by mashed potatoes, or whatever you like best.
