- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 3 garlic cloves

- 200 cubic centimeters of dry white wine
- 100 cubic centimeters of Vinegar
How to make Kidneys in white wine easy:
- Wash the kidneys in salt water. When they are very clean, remove the cloth that covers them and the fat, and cut them into thin slices.
- Soak the already cleaned kidneys in vinegar and let them rest for half an hour. Apart and when the rest time has passed, melt half of the butter in a little oil.
- Distil the kidneys and add them to the melted butter. Brown them for two minutes and remove them from the heat.
- Place the kidneys in a colander and add the remaining butter and oil to the pan. When it is hot, add the chopped onion and the ground garlic, fry.
- When the onion becomes transparent, add the kidneys back in, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the wine and parsley. Let boil for a few minutes to reduce the sauce.
- If you consider it necessary, you can add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce. When they are ready, serve the kidneys in wine accompanied by mashed potatoes, or whatever you like best.
