Easy to make Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

This is a very simple recipe that I share with this article for delicious easy-to-make chocolate cupcakes that are also vegan. We are only going to need the basic ingredients and, in addition, no ingredients of animal origin. The vegan cupcakes are well baked and fluffy on the outside, and very tender and a little runny on the inside, a delight!

Ingredients to make Easy Chocolate Cupcakes:

  1. ⅓ cup cocoa
  2. 1½ cups of flour (210 grams)
  3. 1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. ½ teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1 cup of vegetable milk
  7. ½ cup vegetable oil
  8. 1 teaspoon of margarine to grease
  9. 1 tablet of dark chocolate
  10. 4 tablespoons of puffed rice
  11. 4 walnuts

How to make Easy Chocolate Cupcakes:

  • In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cocoa.
  • Add the liquid ingredients: milk and oil and mix well with a spatula.
  • Grease some silicone molds and fill them with the dough a little more than halfway.
  • Bake the chocolate cupcakes at 200°C for 15 minutes. Take them out and let them rest.
  • While melting the chocolate with a little water in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix the chocolate with the puffed rice.
  • Unmold the mini vegan chocolate cakes and pour the chocolate on top. Garnish them with the walnut halves and enjoy.
