Easy Soy Milanese Recipe

Ingredients to make easy Soy Milanese:

  • 1kg Soy flour
  • 1kg extra fine oatmeal
  • 1kg of agglutinated flour
  • 100 g of wheat germ
  • 150 grams from Provencal
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Easy Soy Milanese:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, add warm water to form dough, sprinkle the surface where you work with flour and the rolling pin, stretch the dough.
  2. Once the necessary thickness has been achieved (approx. 4mm), mark and cut them.
  3. Put the pot of water on the fire, when it boils, place the Milanese’s two at a time (this is a pre-cooking).
  4. When they rise to the surface they should be removed with a slotted spoon and immediately afterwards they are coated with gluten breadcrumbs or super fine oatmeal. Fry them back and forth until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle them with lemon juice before eating. From this preparation, depending on thickness and size, they will come out between 40-50 Milanese. Bon Appetite!!!
