Ingredients to make easy Soy Milanese:
- 1kg Soy flour
- 1kg extra fine oatmeal
- 1kg of agglutinated flour
- 100 g of wheat germ
- 150 grams from Provencal
- 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
- Salt
- pepper to taste
How to make Easy Soy Milanese:
- Mix all the ingredients, add warm water to form dough, sprinkle the surface where you work with flour and the rolling pin, stretch the dough.
- Once the necessary thickness has been achieved (approx. 4mm), mark and cut them.
- Put the pot of water on the fire, when it boils, place the Milanese’s two at a time (this is a pre-cooking).
- When they rise to the surface they should be removed with a slotted spoon and immediately afterwards they are coated with gluten breadcrumbs or super fine oatmeal. Fry them back and forth until golden brown.
- Sprinkle them with lemon juice before eating. From this preparation, depending on thickness and size, they will come out between 40-50 Milanese. Bon Appetite!!!
