Easy Snowman Sandwich Recipe

- 1 handful of black olives
- 1 handful of cherry tomato
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese

1 The first step in making this sandwich recipe for kids will be getting the ingredients ready. I will use cereal bread but you can use any type of sliced bread. In this case we will use the lettuce and tomato to decorate so you can substitute whatever you have on hand.
2 The next step will be to shape the bread. These Christmas sandwiches will be shaped like a snowman’s face, so we need to make them circular. You can use a glass or a pastry cutter to get this shape.
3 Then prepare the rest of the ingredients of this easy recipe for children. Cut the olives, separate the ends to make the eyes and cut the rest into small pieces. Also make triangles with the cheddar cheese to make the nose of the snowman and cut the tomatoes in half.
4 Finally assemble the sandwiches. I have used slices of regular cheese and cream cheese for the filling, but you can use the filling of your choice. Place the eyes, the cheese nose and make a smile with the olive pieces.
