Easy Roman Macaroni Recipe

 

Ingredients to make easy Roman Macaroni:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 200 grams of chicken or beef
  • 1 pinch of ground white pepper
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 400 grams of macaroni
  • 4 crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make easy Roman Macaroni:

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and cook until al dente.
  2. Cut the chicken into squares and dry them.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, coat in a little flour and brown in butter.
  4. Pour the tomato and add the broth.
  5. Let reduce for a minute or two.
  6. Add the orange juice, the sherry and cook over low heat together with the chicken cubes.
  7. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
  8. Garnish with a few parsley leaves.
