  • 1 tablet of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of Port Wine or white wine
  • 6 thin slices of bread
  • 500 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 50 grams of Gruyere cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Easy Onion Soup:

  1. To make this easy onion soup, the first step we have to do is heat the oil in a slightly large saucepan and add the onions, peeled and cut into fine rings.
  2. Let the onions brown, then sprinkle the flour and stir everything well. We also put the liter of water to boil and add the bird stock cube. This will give a very good flavor to the homemade onion soup.
