Easy Florentine Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make easy Florentine Soup:

  • 50 grams of flour
  • 40 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Nutmeg
  • 1/2 kilo of bones
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 50 grams of margarine

How to make Easy Florentine Soup:

  1. Mix in a bowl flour, cheese, salt, and a little nutmeg, the eggs together, everything is mixed with the milk forming a not very thick paste.
  2. Pour little by little into the broth already strained and boiling with the margarine.
  3. Everything is cooked for 10 minutes, moving over low heat.
  4. The broth: 1/2 kilo of bones, 2 liters of water, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 piece of celery, 1 tablespoon of salt, boil half an hour and strain.
