Easy Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients to make easy Enchiladas:

  • 3 units of Tomato
  • ½ liter of whole cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 1 can of red bell pepper
  • ½ kilogram of chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 jet of oil
  • ½ kilogram of Tortillas

How to make Easy Enchiladas:

Blend the tomatoes, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, onion and salt. Fry it in a little oil and remove. Brown the corn tortillas in a little oil until they soften. Take them out of the fire and fill them with the chicken  forming a quesadilla or tacos. Bathe with the mixture. Serve with onion slices and Manchego cheese.
