Ingredients to make easy Enchiladas:
- 3 units of Tomato
- ½ liter of whole cream
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- 1 can of red bell pepper
- ½ kilogram of chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
- ½ unit of Onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 jet of oil
- ½ kilogram of Tortillas
How to make Easy Enchiladas:
Blend the tomatoes, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, onion and salt. Fry it in a little oil and remove. Brown the corn tortillas in a little oil until they soften. Take them out of the fire and fill them with the chicken forming a quesadilla or tacos. Bathe with the mixture. Serve with onion slices and Manchego cheese.
