Easy Chickpea Dip Recipe

Ingredients to make Easy Chickpea Dip:

  • 300 grams of previously cooked chickpea.
  • 2 units of lemons.
  • Half a cup of chicken broth.
  • 15 grams of dried oregano.
  • 80 ml of olive oil.
  • 20 grams of garlic paste.

How to make Easy Chickpea Dip:

1 To start making our easy chickpea dip, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients.

2 Take the chickpeas to a bowl (what I did and can be seen in the photo was to use the same container where I made the garlic paste, another recipe that is attached on the page, in this way we take advantage of all the ingredients) with the juice of lemon and the garlic indicated in the ingredients. We process this with the help of a mixer.

3 Once our easy chickpea dip is processed, add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Process again until all the ingredients is integrated.

4 For the last step, add the paprika and mix well. Adjust the flavor of the easy chickpea dip if you need to add a little more of any ingredient, do not hesitate to do so. Add the oregano to give it an additional flavor.

5 Serve our easy chickpea dip decorating with a little olive oil and paprika on top. This dip is ideal for any type of meeting. You can store it in the fridge carrying it in a sterilized glass jar, also ideal to accompany with pita bread or sticks of carrot and celery.
