Easy carob cocktail

Ingredients to make easy algarrobina cocktail:

  • 1 jar of evaporated milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of Algarrobina
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 5 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 small glass of Peruvian Pisco

How to make easy carob cocktail:

  1. To make this carob cocktail you will need a blender or mixer. Pour the evaporated milk in to the blender container, add the algarrobina and blend everything for a few minutes.
  2. When they have been integrated, add the pisco and sugar and continue beating. Then, add the ice and, finally, the whole egg and continue blending until everything is crushed.
  3. Once the Peruvian cocktail is made, serve it in glasses and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top as a decoration. It is a drink that is drunk very cold, so if you consider that you should add more ice, do so.
