Easy Baked Beef Loin Recipe

Ingredients to make Easy Baked Beef Loin:

  1. 1 kilogram of vetoed loin or loin of cow or veal
  2. 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  3. 1 dessert spoon of oregano
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  6. 1 jet of oil
  7. 1 splash of white vinegar
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. Other herbs and spices to taste (optional)

How to make easy baked beef loin:

  • Clean the spine well if you have not bought it clean. Help yourself with a filleting knife to remove as much fat as possible
  • Season the baked loin with the ground garlic, pepper, vinegar, oregano, chopped parsley and salt to taste. Put the meat in a kitchen bag and try to get all the air out of it. Leave the tenderloin marinating for 1 hour in the refrigerator. The longer it is, the better, so the ideal is to start doing it the day before. Make sure that the loin is well impregnated by turning it over in the marinade.
  • Trick: The ideal is to marinate the tenderloin strip from one day to the next
  • Impregnate the floor of a tray with the marinade and the oil. Take the beef tenderloin out of the fridge and place it on the tray. Cover it and put it in the oven at 180 ºC and take it out from time to time to re-wet the meat with the marinade and prevent it from drying out. That way it will be super juicy!
  • After about 45 minutes, poke the roast beef in the oven with a fork to see if it’s done.
  • Tip: If you like your roast beef tenderloin a little bloody, take it out of the oven now. If, on the other hand, you prefer it to the point or more done, bake it longer, always watching the cooking point
  • When done, cut the baked tenderloin steaks just as you would for roast beef.
  • Serve the baked beef loin on a plate with a little of its sauce, roasted vegetables or a mixed salad.
