The best type of apple for this cake is the pippin, but you can put another one if you want. This quick and easy apple pie is a delicious dessert since the combination of puff pastry with fruit makes it very good and crunchy, and it is a different way of eating fruit, so children will surely like it a lot and the touch of the jam gives it a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients to make Easy Apple Pie:

  1. 1 sheet of puff pastry
  2. 3 pieces of Apples
  3. 20 grams of Butter
  4. 50 grams of peach jam
  5. 20 grams of sugar

How to make Easy Apple Pie:

  • To start making the easy apple pie, we stretch the puff pastry so that it is very thin and we put it on the baking tray, leaving the thin vegetable paper that it has.
  • Core the apples, peel them and cut them into very thin slices.
  • We are placing the apple sliceson top of the puff pastry, covering the entire surface of the apple pie.
  • When we have all the easy puff pastry apple pie covered, we will put pieces of butter on topand sprinkle a little sugar.
  • Place the apple pie in the preheated oven at 170ºC until it is golden brown.
  • Put the peach jam in a bowl, mix it with a couple of tablespoons of water, stir well and paint the entire surface of the apple pie with a kitchen brush.
