Ingredients to make Earthquake Cocktail:
- 700 milliliters of white wine
- 100 milliliters of Fernet
- 200 milliliters of Pineapple Ice Cream
- 1 splash of Grenadine
How to make Earthquake Cocktail:
- Preparing the famous Chilean earthquake cocktail is very easy. First you have to pour the white wine and the fernet into a jug. If you don’t have fernet you can also use pisco, rum or cognac. Any of the options will work but it is important that you use only one type of liquor.
- Then we will add the ice cream, the approximate amount is about 4 tablespoons. Once you have added the ice cream, stir the mixture gently.
- When we have mixed all the ice cream, we will add the drops of grenadine and we will have our earthquake cocktail ready to share with our guests.
