Ingredients to make Earthquake Cocktail:

  • 700 milliliters of white wine
  • 100 milliliters of Fernet
  • 200 milliliters of Pineapple Ice Cream
  • 1 splash of Grenadine

How to make Earthquake Cocktail:

  1. Preparing the famous Chilean earthquake cocktail is very easy. First you have to pour the white wine and the fernet into a jug. If you don’t have fernet you can also use pisco, rum or cognac. Any of the options will work but it is important that you use only one type of liquor.
  2. Then we will add the ice cream, the approximate amount is about 4 tablespoons. Once you have added the ice cream, stir the mixture gently.
  3. When we have mixed all the ice cream, we will add the drops of grenadine and we will have our earthquake cocktail ready to share with our guests. Prepare a typical Chilean meal and surprise your guests with this fabulous drink. And if you prefer you can also review our list of non-alcoholic cocktails to offer drinks such as the popular non-alcoholic mojito or a bloody Mary.
  4. Trick: As decoration you can add a little more ice cream and drops of grenadine to each glass or even fresh pineapple leaves
