Duck Stew Recipe

Ingredients to make Duck Stew:

  • 1 duck
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 500 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 100 grams of smoked tenderloin
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • oregano
  • paprika
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • laurel

How to make Duck Stew:

  1. Cut the duck into pieces and grade a little.
  2. Place a little oil in a saucepan, brown the duck pieces there, then remove and brown the onion and bell peppers right there,
  3. add the diced smoked loin and then the tomato puree, place the spices,
