Duck ham salad with goat cheese recipe

  • 8 slices of duck ham
  • 150 grams of arugula
  • 150 grams of canons
  • 15 grams of pine nuts
  • 5 units of dried apricots
  • 40 grams of goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of balsamic vinegar
  • ½ dessert spoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
