Ingredients to make Double Cream Cheese Noodles:
- Pasta
- Double cream cheese
- Paprika Garlic Long onion and Cilantro Finely chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Salt to taste
How to make Double Cream Cheese Noodles:
- Cook the pasta as usual; in my case I do it in enough water, salt and a little oil.
- After it is at its point, we add cold water and let it rest.
- We take a fairly deep pan over medium heat and add the amount of oil we consider necessary, when it is hot we add the garlic so that it releases a lot of flavor and then we add the rest of ingredients (half of the double cream cheese is chopped into cubes and the rest is left for last)
- When all the ingredients are mixed, add the pasta and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated into one.
- Once the pasta is ready, cut the rest of the double cream cheese in the desired shape and place it in the middle of a plate and place in the microwave oven for 5 seconds.
- When it is ready we add the pasta around the cheese and to finish we decorate with a small coriander leaf and a cube of paprika or with whatever you want.
- This is a very striking plate and you will look great in front of your guests.
