Ingredients to make Dorada with garlic prawns:
- 2 Dorados (600 grams)
- 400 grams of Prawns
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- olive oil
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of Coloring
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 liter of water
How to make Dorada with garlic prawns:
- The scales of the sea bream, the heads, spine and tails are removed. To wash them well, open them in the center and, once clean, add salt and pepper to taste.
