Light, healthy and delicious. This is this dish of sea bream in green sauce, perfect for a family dinner on the occasion of a special occasion. Follow the instructions to cook the fish in the oven, to make it quick and easy.
Ingredients to make Dorada in green sauce:
- 4 sea bream fillets
- ½ unit of green pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- ½ glass of white wine
- ¼ glass of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Dorada in green sauce:
- Prepare the ingredients for the elaboration of the gilthead bream in sauce. Green sauce can be prepared in various ways. In this case we opted for a light variant that is prepared cold, with parsley and green pepper, as well as white wine and extra virgin olive oil.
- We will cook the fish in the oven. On a tray we extend a sheet of baking paper and place the sea bream fillets on top, watered with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and also seasoned. We will bake them for no more than 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
- While the sea bream is cooking, we prepare the green sauce to season the fish. Wash the green pepper and parsley and chop it.
- We put the parsley and the green pepper through the blender, together with a pinch of salt, half a glass of white wine and a quarter of a glass of extra virgin olive oil.
- After 10 minutes of cooking in the oven, we take out the sea bream to plate our fish in green sauce.
- Arrange the sea bream fillets on the plate and water them generously with the green sauce. Above we can add a little black pepper. The sea bream in green sauce is now ready to taste.
