Ingredients to make canon de canon:
- 800 grams dog fish
- 4 green onions
- 400 grams mussels
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of tomato sauce

How to make Dogfish Casserole:
- Chop the green onions and bell pepper.
- Cut the garlic into slices.
- In a pan with oil, sauté the vegetables and season.
- Add the saffron and fry for a few minutes.
- Season.
- Add the mussels to the pan with the tomato sauce and a little water.
- Cook until mussels open.
- Meanwhile, chop the dogfish and flour.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of fish back and forth.
- Put the fried dogfish in the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
- Decorate with chopped parsley.
